Koh Phangan is an island in the Gulf of Thailand in Surat Thani Province, just north of Koh Samui. It is renowned for its monthly Full Moon Party. This boisterous night-long celebration, which is tied to the lunar calendar, draws revelers to its southeastern peninsula, Haad Rin. Most festivities center on Sunrise Beach, whose beach bungalows attract a backpacker crowd. The most stunning island in Prachuab Khiri Khan province, Koh Talu has a steep high cliff on the west of the island, and gorgeous white sandy beaches on the east and south sides. It is a picture of nature with its coral reefs and habitats for seagulls, flying fox as well as being the only island for which turtles to lay their eggs seasonally. Koh Talu is a favorite site for both snorkeling and scuba diving.

Koh Lanta is an island district in Krabi Province on Thailand’s Andaman coast. It’s known for its coral-fringed beaches, mangroves, limestone outcrops and rainforests. Mu Koh Lanta National Park spans several islands, including the southern end of the largest island Koh Lanta Yai, home to semi-nomadic sea people known as the Chao Leh. The park contains the Khao Mai Kaew cave network and Khlong Chak Waterfall.

The island of Koh Kood has stunning, untouched beaches, crystal clear waters, and beautiful nature. Even during high season, the island is usually very quiet compared to other island destinations in Thailand. The island is in the east of Thailand, in Trat Province. Curiously, it only has a population of 2,000 people, which makes it the district with the smallest population of all of Thailand.
